  2. Generated Assets: You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to share or commercially use the photos, soundtrack and generated video. Purchasing credits does not grant rights to third-party content.
  3. Platform Property: The Hotel Lobby Maker platform, including its code, algorithms, and interface, remains the property of Hotel Lobby Maker.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, hateful, or violates the rights of others.
  • Upload content for which you do not have the necessary rights or permissions.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or models of the service.
  • Use the service to build a competing product.

Pricing and Payments

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • Credits are non-transferable.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription. Purchased credits do not expire.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or that the generated results will always be perfect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hotel Lobby Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
