The two-subject hotel-lobby format.

What the format is, how a render is built, what it preserves, and where its limits are. Written for people who want the result to look intentional.

What is Hotel Lobby AI?

Hotel Lobby AI is a short-video format: two subjects stand in a staged lobby or studio set, one microphone hangs between them, the camera stays locked, and both perform alternating gestures on a steady beat. The picture is deliberately static — the movement comes from the pair, not from cuts.

Hotel Lobby Maker is an independent editor for that format. It is not a hotel concierge, a booking service, or a human representative. You bring two authorised photos; the editor stages them inside a curated track and renders fifteen seconds of video with a soundtrack.

What a render preserves

Each track fixes four things before your photos arrive: the set, the wardrobe direction, the camera, and the beat structure. Your photos supply identity. The model keeps the face, hair or fur markings, body proportions and outfit from each reference, then animates that identity inside the fixed staging.

  • Staging — one locked 16:9 frame, both subjects visible for the full duration.
  • Sound — a beat-driven instrumental bed rendered with the picture, with a downbeat on the first frame.
  • Duration — 15 seconds, no cuts, no speed ramps.
  • Output — MP4 at your chosen export quality.

How a render is built

  1. Upload. One photo per subject. Files are validated, stored against your account, and used only for this render.
  2. Compile. The track’s direction and your upload order become a single directing prompt. Left photo stays left; right photo stays right.
  3. Render. The video model runs a reference-guided generation. Status is available on the task, and the page polls until the file is saved.
  4. Save. The MP4 is written to private storage and served through a signed, account-scoped link for 30 days.

Resolutions and credits

Credits are charged once per submitted render. A failed or blocked render returns the reserved credits; a completed render does not.

Which photos work best

Use one subject per photo, front-facing or a slight angle, with even light and both eyes visible. A headshot guides face replacement; a full-body photo also guides hair, outfit and build. Skip screenshots, heavy filters, group shots and anything cropped through the jawline.

Pets work in the animal tracks. Keep the whole head and any distinctive markings in frame; fur patterns can still drift slightly across a fifteen-second performance.

Rights and limits

Upload only photos you have the right to use. Public figures, minors, deceptive impersonation, harassment and copyrighted characters are prohibited. Likeness, hands and motion are interpretations rather than guarantees — review the full clip before publishing it.

Read the copyright guidance, the privacy policy and the terms of service before your first commercial use.

FAQ

Before you generate.

Short answers to the questions that come up most often. Anything else: support@hotellobbymaker.org.

What exactly do I get?

One 15-second, 16:9 MP4 with the same soundtrack you can preview for the selected template. Exact gestures, timing, lip sync and likeness are interpretations, not guarantees.

What does one video cost?

Standard is 45 credits and Pro is 80. Lite is currently unavailable. Credits never expire. Failed or blocked generations return the reserved credits automatically.

Where do my photos go?

Uploaded photos are stored privately against your account, used only for renders you start, and kept for no more than 30 days. Finished videos stay downloadable for 30 days. Deleting a video or your account removes the files.

Can I use pets?

Yes — the animal tracks are built for cats, corgis, foxes and red pandas. Use one clear animal per photo and keep markings visible; individual fur patterns can still drift.

What is not allowed?

Public figures, minors, deceptive impersonation, harassment and copyrighted characters are prohibited. Upload only photos you have the right to use.

Do I need an account?

Yes. The generator, credits and download links are tied to your account, so you can come back for the file inside the retention window.
